Their pasta is made fresh daily on the premises using only the highest quality ingredients available – it’s truly the best pasta you’ll ever have! Owners Paul and Dorothy Fidrych opened Paul’s Pasta Shop in 1988. Their goal has always been to make the finest pasta products in the region and serve reasonably priced meals in a friendly atmosphere and they’ve accomplished it! Just a heads up they can get busy really quick so expect a wait, but it is worth the wait.
The Rolling Tomato:
The Rolling Tomato has some of the best pizza in southeastern CT. This pizza is so delicious and that is because it is Neopolitan style pizza. This means that the pizza is cooked at a very high temperature (750-950 degrees) in a wood-fired oven. The results in a pizza with with delicious flavor and beautiful dark char marks on the crust. Don’t even get us started on the crust because it is so good! Just trust us at See Groton, it is worth trying!
