The Rolling Tomato has some of the best pizza in southeastern CT. This pizza is so delicious and that is because it is Neopolitan style pizza. This means that the pizza is cooked at a very high temperature (750-950 degrees) in a wood-fired oven. The results in a pizza with with delicious flavor and beautiful dark char marks on the crust.
